Balcombe Financial was founded by Michael Flinos, an ex-banker who has over 20 years experience in corporate banking, loan origination, relationship management and property finance. Michael is a full member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and is a highly respected leader in his field. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Economics and a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Natasha Kotnik

Natasha Kotnik is a Director at Balcombe, focusing on customer experience, business development and administration. Natasha brings over 20 years experience in running and managing SME’s, bookkeeping, administration and mortgage broking advisory. She holds a Bachelor of Business.

Christopher Flinos

Christopher Flinos is a Director at Balcombe, focusing on strategic partnerships with lenders, property developers, accountants, valuers and other service providers. Christopher has over 25 years of real estate investment banking experience. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws.
